Kerala needs your support !!
World Vision India is responding to flash floods in Kerala. Our response teams are already on the ground and will be providing immediate emergency relief to affected areas.
Simultaneously, we have deployed staff who are undertaking rapid assessment in the worst affected areas of Palakkad and Malappuram districts of Kerala. The team is visiting families who are displaced and are put up in temporary shelters erected by the government. As part of our response, we will focus on providing shelter, non-food items and sanitation support. We will also plan for rehabilitation interventions in the worst-affected communities. World Vision India plans to reach 8000 families affected by floods in Kerala. |
